Dear Journal,
What is happening to France is a question I often ask myself.  As I have said before the people finally got tired of the oppression from the government, and tired they should be.  It is for a good cause, but they are using violence.  Do the ends justify the means? I don’t think so.   The Lord has although used his people to cleanse the world of evil.  Perhaps soon I will part the English Channel and we will walk to England.

I thank the Lord for granting the representatives of the 1st estate for joining the National Assembly for I believe this has kept us much safer then if we had refused to join.

Bread and food in general is getting harder to find and when you do find some it’s still to expensive for anyone to purchase.  So what does this do, of course the people will revolt.  We are lucky that they are fighting on our side; if the English fought like these brave men we would all be in much trouble. I cannot choose a side of this fight, yet I will stand up for none.  I’m no fool, I’ll just let God decide which side he wishes to win.

The children have not been to school since all the revolts began; in fact I’ve not let them stray from my sight.  There is far too high a risk of violence breaking out here, there has been no blood spilled as of yet, but all it takes is the straw to brake the donkeys back. holocaust timeline

I know the Lord all mighty will conquer all, and I keep strong faith.

God bless us all,

Jean
